As community sponsor of Internet Week we are hosting the Internet Week Livestream. I personally believe that the Internet is all about communities. In our unique celebration of the Internet and the communities it gives life to .CO Internet has been hosting a 4-day domain auction as we prepare to launch the the .CO domain space to the public. We kicked off on Monday and by the end of the 3rd day the bid was up to $32,000!
I'm sure you've heard about it, but I'll recap:
Our first auction is the rare, historic e.CO. The space is ideal for EVERYONE. From entreprenuers to enterprise, eco to energy, educators to experts or entertainment to events, anyone can make e.CO a great brand opportunity. I am also very excited to see what charity the winning bidder will name to receive the proceeds. One more thing about the auction then I'll move on... On the final day the auction will have a live finale. You MUST register to attend!
In other .CO news the sun sets on the Sunrise Phase tomorrow. June 10 is the last day that trademark holders can register their trademarks in the .CO domain with priority. The next phase to come is Landrush. Landrush will be open to anyone interested in registering domain anmes of high commercial value. Click here for more on the launch schedule.
